Menu Plan Monday 3/1



Due to one member of the household needing a gluten free diets certain meals have to be done a little differently for their portion of the meals. Certain sides that aren't gluten free they will skip over and other things will be prepared in a seperate dish.

Sunday - Barbecued Chicken Legs (G.F. Plain Chicken), Au Gratin Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli

Monday - Cury Chicken Thighs (G.F. Plain Chicken) with Mixed Vegetables

Tuesday - Tuna Burgers with Peas (G.F. No Bun, Bread Crumbs, and use G.F. Baking Mix)

Wednesday - Mexican Crockpot Chicken with Tortillas (G.F. Rice) and Corn

Thursday - Beef Burritos with Green Beans (G.F. Corn Tortillas)

Friday - Patty Melts (No Sauce and G.F. No Bun) with Sweet Potato Fries

Saturday - Tex Mex Shells and Cheese (G.F. will have leftovers)
