Last week went really well with adjusting to one family member doing only glutten free and then my new dietary needs as well plus keeping a child happy through it all. This week it's some new reciepes and some old adjusted to make them gluten free.
Sunday - Panama Pork Stew with Applesauce
Monday - Sausage Gravy with Biscuits (Rice Flour in Gravy and G.F. Biscuit Mix for G.F. Memeber)
Tuesday - Beef Quesadilias with Mixed Vegetables (G.F. Corn Tortillas)
Wednesday - Slow Cooker Chicken Enchiladas with Corn (G.F. Corn Tortillas)
Thursday - Spaghetti with Carrots (G.F. Rice Angel Hair)
Friday - Back Eyed Peas with Rice and Corn Bread (Rice Flour in place of Flour)
Saturday - Manwich with Peas (G.F. Leftovers and Ground Turkey to replace Ground Beef for me)
